Dr. Kaup received his B.S. from Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) in 1990. He received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The University of Utah in 1997. He served as a visiting Assistant professor at Furman University before joining Clemson in 2000.
Dr. Kaup teaches the analytical and physical laboratory series. In addition he provides assistance, training and consultation on a number of departmental instruments used in conjunction with the analytical and physical laboratory series.
